Can you tell me about the flip flops and if there is a guarantee? TOP
Each pair is carefully handmade upon receipt of your order.
Ribbon wrapped flip flops are secured using industrial grade glue. Nicole-Leigh Designs is not responsible for ribbon slippage due to exceptional wear or exposure to water. We provide a quality product that will be enjoyed.
Crystal flip flops for women are made with Swarovski crystals. Crystals are secured with different methods such as by attaching them using a pronged setting or with industrial grade glue. Nicole-Leigh Designs can not guarantee the loss of stones. Proper care is suggested. Rhinestone flops for girls are made from rhinestone nail heads. Loss of rhinestones due to wear can not be guaranteed. We make every effort to ensure loss will not occur.
Stud flip flops are made from nickel studs that will not rust. Each stud is hand applied using professional equipment. Nicole-Leigh Designs can not guarantee the loss of studs due to wear. What is your shipping policy? TOP
All flip flops are custom made upon ordering and will usually be sent within 7-10 days via USPS. If there is a delay, we will send you an email. Shipping and handling will be calculated at check out.
What is your return policy? TOP
Nicole-Leigh Designs will accept exchanges and returns of unworn flip flops within 14 days. Sorry, fees for shipping are nonrefundable. Local Orders TOP

Brazilian flip flops tend to run a little large. If you wear a ½ size, it is recommended that you order the whole size. (i.e. if you wear a 7 ½, order the 7) What is your privacy policy? TOP
